			<description><![CDATA[ Every so often I catch the BBC&#39;s Bells on Sunday at around 5.45am on a Sunday morning. These broadcasts are always impressive, a full peal of bells is a
stirring sound, but it was a particularly poignant recording today. The announcer gives a short introduction about the peal at Worcester which is certainly
something special and that in this recording a number of the bells are muffled. This creates a very moving effect, the half-muffled bells sounding almost

I&#39;ve just had an unsolicited visit (despite the notice on my door) from Southern Electric, purporting to say that he was authorised by my existing supplier
to state that I was paying more for electricity than I needed to and he could offer me a saving. I sent him packing. The company was warned about this practise
some time ago. but seems to be at it again.

I thought the redevelopment would result in a complete run from the existing store to the plot where the work is currently in hand.  However the artist&#39;s
impression on the board outside appears to show Gap as surviving, slap bang in the middle. Will it continue to exist as a separate entity? Perhaps someone with

			<title><![CDATA[ Litter Pickup On the Brocas ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Today there was a volunteer community clean up at the Brocas headed by Councillor Liam Maxwell.  Despite it being a cool and gray gloomy morning, It was very
well attended.  Litter pickup sticks and rubbish bags were provided.   Within an hour the majority of trash was cleaned up and the Brocas was looking lovely
again.

			<description><![CDATA[ Recently, passing through the area, heard a young Mum, interrupted in chatting with a friend, effing and blinding at her child (approx five years old).

This a.m. leaving the carpark after visiting the Church of St Tesco,  two sub-teenage lads on a bike, one being on the crossbar. They were going east on
Dedworth Road then suddenly veered into Tesco (no signal, of course). The car leaving in front of me naturally gave them a honk, at which he received a string
of abuse.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Earlier this year the walkway from Ward Royal to the King Edward Court shopping area was closed to the public.  As a result the South Path just alongside
Ward Royal has increased considerably in foot traffic.  In this short period of time there has been a huge increase in garbage and graffiti along the path.   
There are obviously people using the path for drinking as there are always empty beer cans strewn amongst the bushes and under the trees.  It is well tucked

			<description><![CDATA[ The RBWx have applied to themselves for planning permission to build a &#39;play pirate ship&#39; at Dedworth Memorial Recreation Ground. The need for planning
permission results from the height of the masts, two at 6m and one at 8m which, if I wanted them in my garden, would not be permitted. However, I don&#39;t
suppose anyone living nearby will be concerned. Well, not until a few adventurous children try to climb the masts and manage to let go at the top!
