			<description><![CDATA[ I have never understood this single and double yellow line business. It is either safe to park at a given part of the street, or it is not. Why can parked cars
- always a hazard to pedestrians regardless of the day or night - be left at some times of the day, but not at others? Or perhaps the safety angle is not the
prime criteria? Could there be any other reason to restrict parking?

parking problems, albeit an expensive one. Not only would it provide additional parking, it would also keep cars off the streets and out of sight which, to a

need to ask for others to clarify what was said, but there is something rather odd about the borough taking over from the police when it comes to issuing
