			<description><![CDATA[ Apparently the Environment Agency (EA) intend to take over various watercourses in the Boroughs of Runnymede, Slough and Windsor &amp; Maidenhead for the purposes of flood defence and land drainage.<br><br>Is this the same EA that built and operated the Jubilee River, and has failed to dredge the Thames for flood defence purposes for the last ten years?
