			<description><![CDATA[ I was taking another look at your great photos and wondered whether, like me when I&#39;ve taken a series of photos, you&#39;ve placed them next to one another
so making one long view?  I noticed the two views of the Curfew Tower and thought they could provide a wider angled view of that area of the town.  You&#39;ve

one.......he was &#39;in&#39; long before you though and chose to serve in his Dad&#39;s old regiment, the Irish Guards, for three years, rather than get put
into some other &#39;mob&#39;, (his words), during the conscription days. I remember when we were walking round near the river on a Sunday, as most
&#39;courting couples&#39; did... ]]></description>

with very positive people and to this day i reap the benefits of those years .

I&#39;ve been trying to sus out which regiment you were in - my husband is an ex-Irish Guardsman, although he was born in Windsor, and he can tell which Guards
you were in from the number of buttons and their sequence on the tunic. Blowed if I can...........My late Father-in-law was in the Irish Guards... ]]></description>
