Naturally insufficient parking spaces have been included in the plan, just 14, but with space for 12 bicycles! These days it is essential that the number of parking spaces must match the number of beds as couples on many occasions have a car each.
My question is, does it exceed dwelling density for the area which already has a number of flats all around.
